Recently many readers asked me why I couldn’t tracking my order. What should I do? About gearbest tracking not working, I wil give you some tips.

(1) This condition you should know When you order  in gearbest

After gearbest have dispatched your goods, they will email the tracking number to you; this is based on the relevant courier company. Please note that sometimes there may be a slight delay of up to one working day between dispatching your order from gearbest warehouse and obtaining the tracking number
If you have not yet received a tracking number, it probably means that gearbest has not sent out your order yet.
Please be patient. Most orders take 1-3 days to complete the order verification, quality control, secure packing and dispatch process. For larger orders, this can take longer. Gearbest want you to receive your order in perfect condition.

(2) How can you do  if  don’t receive the items for a long time?

The estimate date is for your reference, it can be affected by many factors such as customs,remote locations, peak shipping periods, Holidays and Festivals,inclement weather and operational issues impacting the shipping company.
For flat rate shipping, if you haven’t purchased the tracking option during the check out, there will be no tracking number. But please rest assured the package is on its way.

If you haven’t purchased any insurance. Please understand, that in such case gearbest can only compensate you partially. The shipping company is actually responsible for this loss which is sadly beyond gearbest control.

2)Refund some money on your GB wallet.
