You do’t receive the item or the wrong item

If you do’t receive the item, fistly, you need to login your gearbest account, and check your address. Sometime you maybe make a mistake about the delivery address. Make sure your address is right than you can contact with customer service to ask hlep, they can help you to track the item.
If you received the wrong item, do’t worry,  within 3 days of the order being received, you need to take a clear photo or video about the wrong item, and send the photo or video to customer service, the customer service will give you two options:
1, you return the wrong item(the return shipping cost will give you when gearbest receive the wrong item) and gearbest send  a new item to you.
2,you return the wrong item(the return shipping cost will give you when gearbest receive the wrong item) and gearbest refund to you.
Note that, Product returns must be via one of GearBest’s approved shipping methods, about what shipping methods is ok? you can ask the gearbest customer service.

If the item is unopend or unused(of course you need to take a clear photo or video to customer service), within 14 days when you reccived the item, you can send it back to gearbest for a refund, but you need to pay  the return shipping cost .

The product is faulty or do’t working

Within 45 days when you received the item, If your product is faulty, you can send it back to gearbest for a refund or item exchange within 45 days of receiving it. You need to pay the return shipping cost.

More than 45 days, but within a year, you are eligible for free repair, of course you need to confirm with the manufacturer via Customer Service. You must pay the shipping fees for returning the item to GearBest , while gearbest will cover the shipping fees to send the repaired item back to you. If you has damaged or misused the item, it will not be eligible for free repair, however customers can return it to gearbest at their own cost and pay a fee for the repair. Return shipping fees will be the customers responsibility in such cases.
